Standards Lead, Smart Manufacturing Shapes the Future | Zhejiang Jinling Actively Participates in the Development of National Standards for Cooling TowersStandards are the cornerstone of high-quality industry development and a direct reflection of a company’s technological accumulation and sense of mission. As a company deeply engaged in the cooling tower field, Zhejiang Jinling Refrigeration Engineering Co., Ltd. has long been committed to standardization work, proactively participating in the development and revision of national standards for cooling towers and helping to continuously improve the industry standard system through practical projects and manufacturing practices.

In September and October 2026, Deputy General Manager Jin Huizhen was successively invited to attend two working meetings on the development of national standards for cooling towers. Representing Zhejiang Jinling, she participated in standard discussions and offered suggestions for polishing the standard texts, finalizing the consultation drafts, and advancing follow-up work.

On September 3, the second working meeting on the development of National Standard GB/T 7190.4 Mechanical Ventilation Cooling Towers—Part 4: Integrated Dry-Wet Cooling Towers was held in Shanghai. The meeting was led and organized by the National Technical Committee 39 on Fiber Reinforced Plastics of the Standardization Administration of China. It focused on discussing the preliminary draft of the standard and advancing the preparation of the consultation draft. At the meeting, Deputy General Manager Jin Huizhen worked with industry experts and peer representatives to validate the standard clauses, integrating frontline application experience into standard development and providing practical references for standard optimization.

On October 29, the second working meeting on the development of the National Standard Green Product Evaluation—Cooling Towers was held in Beijing. The standard was jointly applied for and organized by the National Technical Committee 39 on Fiber Reinforced Plastics (SAC/TC39) and the National Technical Committee 442 on Water Conservation (SAC/TC442). Participants discussed the preliminary draft clause by clause, completed the preparation of the consultation draft, and clarified subsequent work arrangements. Deputy General Manager Jin Huizhen held in-depth exchanges with experts and focused on core content such as green evaluation indicators for cooling towers, resource and energy utilization, water saving and emission reduction, and environmental performance, putting forward suggestions to make the standard better meet the needs of industrial green transformation and more scientific and standardized.

Continuous and in-depth participation in national standard development is not only full recognition by the industry of Zhejiang Jinling’s technical strength and engineering expertise, but also a vivid practice of the company’s philosophy of “shouldering industry and social responsibilities and promoting a green future.” It demonstrates Zhejiang Jinling’s emphasis on and long-term investment in standardization work.

Going forward, Zhejiang Jinling will continue to participate deeply in the standardization of the cooling tower industry, transforming valuable experience accumulated in R&D innovation, intelligent manufacturing, and engineering applications into supporting strength for standard development. Together with industry partners, the company will jointly promote the cooling tower industry to move steadily toward high quality, green and low-carbon development, and standardization.
